About Uplift and Align Wellness

My Mission

At Uplift and Align Wellness, I believe you already have the power to transform your health, sometimes, you just need the right support to unlock it.


If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling to stay focused, or simply craving more balance in your life, I’m here to help. Through personalized coaching, I meet you where you are and guide you toward practical, lasting wellness habits that fit your real life.


Your wellness journey is personal, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you create more clarity, calm, and alignment from the inside out.

My Approach

If you’ve been trying to take care of yourself but still feel scattered, stuck, or exhausted, you’re not alone, and it’s not your fault. 


Life doesn’t slow down just because you need a moment to breathe. Between caregiving, career shifts, and constantly putting others first, your needs often fall to the bottom of the list.


That’s why my approach to coaching is holistic and realistic. I look at the full picture, your mind, your body, your energy, and your everyday responsibilities. 


Together, we’ll clarify your personal wellness goals and build a plan that actually fits your life, not someone else’s version of it.


My goal is to help you feel more grounded, focused, and in control, so you can make lasting changes that support your well-being in real life, not just in theory.

Meet the Woman behind Uplift and Align Wellness

Hi! I'm Atiya

As a certified insight coach specializing in health and wellness, I use meditation as a tool to help Black women in midlife go from distracted and overwhelmed to calm and centered, so they can think clearly, sleep better, and feel more emotionally grounded.


Many of the women I work with are navigating career changes, caregiving responsibilities, or personal transitions that leave them feeling mentally cluttered and emotionally drained. 


Through simple, effective meditation techniques, I support them in creating space for themselves, managing stress, and learning how to stay focused, on and off the mat.


I specialize in working with women who find it difficult to stay present during meditation. If you've ever sat down with the intention to be still but found your mind racing or your body restless, you're not alone. My approach is gentle, realistic, and built to support your needs, even on your busiest or hardest days.
